Here's the whole thing. What it looks like, what it costs.

Most people in my seat make you book a call to find out. You're busy, so here's the straight version.

How it starts

Fifteen minutes, then a free Operating Review.

It starts with a 15-minute call. No deck, no pitch, just enough to see if this is worth going deeper.

If it is, the next step is a 45-minute Operating Review. I run my delegation audit with you, live, and you leave knowing the one constraint costing you the most and what I'd do about it. Also free.

Both are useful whether or not we ever work together. That's the point. If the answer is "you don't need me," I'll say so and you'll have saved yourself a lot of money.

If the review turns into an engagement, it takes one of three shapes. All three are month-to-month. No contracts, no lock-in.

$1,500per month

The monthly session.

One 90-minute working session a month. We take the constraint costing you the most and work on it live. You get one built artifact each month, a role scorecard, a capacity model, a handoff design. Something real, not notes. In between, you send what's on fire and I answer inside two business days.

$2,500per month

The deeper build.

Same structure, twice the pace. Two sessions and two built artifacts a month. This is for businesses past $3M, or for a specific push with a real deadline attached.

$3,500+per month

Embedded.

I'm in the business every week, working alongside your team on the redesign. Real operating involvement, not advice from the sidelines. Most founders don't start here, and the review will tell us if you should.

Month one at any level is the audit. Delegation readiness, your operating archetype, an ideal week map, and a one-page snapshot naming your top three constraints. No extra charge. It's how I make sure we work on the right thing first.

What this isn't.

I'm not in your Slack all day. I'm not managing your team or sitting in your client meetings. I build, your people execute, and the decisions stay yours.

If it turns out you need someone in the business every week, that's the embedded engagement, and we'll talk about it out loud instead of drifting there. Keeping the small ones small is how they stay useful.
